PRIVATE HOURLY HIRE
- Outdoor main ring only: £35 per hour for first 2 riders/handlers, £5 per additional rider/handler.
- Indoor main ring only: £35 per hour for first 2 riders/handlers, £5 per additional rider/handler; lights plus £5 per hour.
- Indoor Warm up usage: £22 per hour; maximum 2 riders/handlers; lights plus £3 per hour.
- Outdoor Warm up usage: £25 per hour; maximum 2 riders/handlers.
- NOTE: A Handler is a person working a horse from the floor (e.g. lunging, long reining, hand leading etc) and this counts as a rider for tariff purposes. Minimum hire period is one hour, half hour increments may be added thereafter. All prices include VAT.
Cancellation must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the date/time and monies will be refunded less £5 admin fee or may be moved to an alternative date within two months FOC.
Cancellation within 48 hours, no refund paid.
Droppings must be collected within/at end of session and deposited in the bins provided. (£40 fine if not actioned and no further hires will be accepted).
Breakages must be reported immediately and will be chargeable.
